Candelaria Mining Corp. is a British Columbia public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CAND.H.
The Company was incorporated on January 23, 2012. Its principal asset is a 100% interest in the Caballo Blanco project in the State of Veracruz, Mexico.
In July 2025, the Company completed the transfer of its subsidiary Minera Apolo, S.A. de C.V., which held the Pinos project in the State of Zacatecas, Mexico, to Goldgroup Mining Inc. under an agreement that resolved the Company's obligations under a debenture held by Goldgroup. The Company no longer holds an interest in the Pinos project.
Mr. Gonzalez is an accomplished exploration and economic/mining geologist with more than 25 years of experience. He previously served as Geology Manager with Dia Bras Exploration (now Sierra Metals), Project Geologist with MAG Silver and Chief Geologist with Minaurum Gold.
He has considerable experience in mineral exploration, mine resource evaluations, mine operations and project permitting. Mr. Gonzalez received his B.S. in Geology from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and finished the Lowell Program in Economic Geology at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Mr. Garcia is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, including senior finance roles with publicly listed companies in Canada. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has extensive experience overseeing cross-border operations in Mexico.
His expertise spans financial reporting under IFRS, continuous disclosure and securities filings with Canadian regulators, debt and equity financings, debt restructurings and equity incentive plan administration. He has worked closely with boards of directors, audit committees, external auditors and legal counsel on corporate governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Garcia holds a Public Accounting Degree from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
Mr. Gonzalez is an exploration and economic/mining geologist with more than 25 years of experience across mineral exploration, resource evaluation, mine operations and project permitting.
Mr. Arteaga is an accomplished geophysics and environmental professional who has served as an environmental and hydrological consultant to various companies since 1999. He is a Director of SISTEC, a water resources and environmental firm, and GeoSistemas Ambientales.
His experience includes geological, geophysical and environmental studies, groundwater extraction and monitoring, remediation, soil mechanics and well drilling, together with extensive fieldwork and sustainable resource management.
Mr. Chavez holds an LL.M. in Natural Resources and Environmental Law and Policy, with a specialization in Mineral Law and Energy Law, from the University of Denver, as well as a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
His previous roles include Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, Dia Bras Exploration Inc. (now Sierra Metals Inc.), Intercontinental Potash Corp. and Hard Rock Consulting LLC. He currently serves as LATAM Manager for JEX Technologies.
